
Kristen is a Registered Nurse, Master Aesthetic Nurse Injector, Licensed Esthetician and Owner of RENEW Medical Aesthetics. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from UMASS Lowell, is a state board Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS), and holds a medical Esthetician degree including laser training from Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics.
Kristen worked in acute care and intensive care adult nursing at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston and Symmes Medical Center in Arlington for a 12 year period. She started her medical aesthetics journey in 2001 as co-owner and Medical Esthetician of a day spa. In 2008, she began an extensive career in aesthetic injectables using Botox and dermal fillers, which combined her love of clinical nursing and her artistic eye for facial balance, harmony and proportion.
The combination of her precise injection techniques and her artistic abilities attribute to her accomplished reputation in the field of aesthetic medicine. She enjoys educating and guiding her clients to achieve a 3D natural and safe approach to global facial rejuvenation. She was recognized as one of the Top 15 Injectors by the Medical Aesthetic Associates (MAA) network, a group of over 100+ nurses who work under a core Plastic Surgeon as the Medical Director.
Kristen specializes in all injectable treatments including neorotoxins (Botox and Dysport), dermal fillers (Juvederm and Restylane products), Kybella, Sculptra, Radiesse (for neck lines and crepiness), PRP/PRF, Botox for axillary hyperhidrosis (sweating) and Botox for TMJ symptoms (jaw clenching).
Kristen is a member of the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses (ISPAN), the Massachusetts Nursing Association (MNA) and the American Med Spa Association (AMSPA).
Outside of work, Kristen enjoys spending time with her kids, husband, friends and family. She loves to play tennis, exercise, travel, relax and have fun in life!
