Kristen Callanan, BSN, RN, CANS, LE
Kristen is a Registered Nurse, Master Aesthetic Nurse Injector, Licensed Esthetician, and Owner of RENEW Medical Aesthetics. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from UMASS Lowell, is a state board Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS), and holds a medical Esthetician degree from Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics.
Allison Braverman, Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Allison graduated from Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics in 2005. She currently holds a Type 6 esthetic license and has her Holistic Practitioners Certification. Allison specializes in advanced facial treatments, chemical peels, eyebrow shaping, and Brazilian waxing. She also customizes at-home skincare regimens using medical-grade skincare products tailored to her clients’ needs. Staying current with industry trends and trainings, Allison truly enjoys educating each client while giving them a relaxing, results-driven treatment.
Colleen Shea, Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Colleen has a long history in the beauty industry working in salons and medical spa settings for over 20 years. She is a graduate of Elizabeth Grady Esthetics and Massage School, and is also Reiki certified. Colleen specializes in microneedling, custom facials, advanced chemical peels, dermaplaning, and precision brow waxing. Colleen's main goal when treating her clients is to focus on each individual’s targeted needs and to design treatment plans that are combined with home regimens. Her approach helps clients reach their maximum peak of skin health.
Jodi Hahn, Practice Manager
Jodi brings her effective leadership, business management, health, wellness, and exceptional customer relations experience to RENEW. Educated at Villanova University, she is certified in Six Sigma Business Process Improvement and Lean Manufacturing with a focus in Healthcare. Her studies included business analytics, business planning, organizational assessments, performance planning, and project management. Her 18+ years in various corporate roles centered on creating successful teams and redesigning workflows are a valuable addition to our team.
Jodi oversees all aspects of the Practice; the daily operational and administrative functions of our business, while also ensuring that everything we do equates to providing the highest level of care to our clients.

Jennifer Dale, Practice Assistant Manager
Jenn is a beauty enthusiast who has always had a love for skincare and every aspect of the beauty industry. She attended UMASS Dartmouth with a major in business and came to RENEW after owning and operating her own business for 20 years while raising three children. Providing outstanding customer service in her day-to-day activities and making sure clients are happy is her passion.
Nannette O'Brien, Client Coordinator
Nannette is a graduate of Northeastern University with a concentration in Business Management. She has worked in the Medical Spa industry for over 10 years. She provides top-notch customer service and ensures that each client is matched with the appropriate provider based on their skin needs and conditions, facilitating ultimate client satisfaction.
Lisa Washburne, Client Coordinator
Lisa spent over 25 years’ working in management, marketing, and client services as a Marketing Director for mall properties located in Boston, Cape Cod, and all along the South Shore – but she has forever had a passion for all things in the beauty and skincare world! Lisa believes each client deserves to be embraced by a welcoming and comforting environment, and her experience provides great support to our aesthetic clinicians. She is driven to exceed the expectations of each and very client at RENEW!
Joseph A. Russo, MD, F.A.C.S., Medical Director
Our medical director and supervising physician, Dr. Joseph A. Russo, is a board-certified, Harvard-trained plastic surgeon who has been in private practice since 1991.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (F.A.C.S.), a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (A.S.P.S.), a member of the New England Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (N.E.S.P.R.S) and a member of the Massachusetts Medical Society and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is also the founder of the Aesthetic Institute of Massachusetts, a school to educate nurses on aesthetic injectables.
Dr. Russo provides clinical leadership, guidance, and oversight to RENEW ensuring quality of care and adherence to clinical protocols and overseeing treatment plans.
